Terms & Conditions of Enrollment

By enrolling in this course, the participant (“Registrant”) acknowledges and agrees to the following conditions, which shall govern the terms of participation and any associated financial transactions:

Non-Refundability Clause – All fees remitted in connection with this course are non-refundable under any circumstances. The Registrant expressly waives any and all rights to chargebacks, reversals, or disputes pertaining to the transaction, irrespective of personal circumstances, scheduling conflicts, or any other considerations.

Event Modification & Limited Refund Contingency – In the event that an in-person workshop is rendered impracticable due to circumstances beyond the control of the organizing entity (“Organizer”), including but not limited to force majeure, governmental restrictions, public health concerns, or logistical impediments, the Organizer reserves the right to transition the workshop to an online format. Should such a transition occur, the Registrant may be eligible for a partial refund, the amount of which shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Organizer and shall not exceed fifty percent (50%) of the total enrollment fee.

Binding Acknowledgment – By submitting payment and completing the registration process, the Registrant explicitly affirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full, and further acknowledges that no modifications, amendments, or exceptions to this policy shall be granted outside of the explicit written consent of the Organizer.
